Salary: £38,000 with excellent benefits including car and home working allowance.
This is a permanent, full-time, position.
You will be a key member of the Asset & Sustainability team supporting the planning and implementation of energy efficiency and retrofit projects to ensure successful outcomes. You will monitor ongoing retrofit programmes developing detailed evaluation processes to ensure lessons learnt are applied to improve outcomes of future retrofit programmes outputs including contractor selection, measures and
systems installed, project management and quality assurance to minimise defects and unintended consequences. Coordinating with Asset Management and Compliance teams, as well as GLH Contractors to ensure existing Renewable, Low Carbon Heating, Ventilation, and
other sustainable systems in GLH Homes have agreed routes and processes to enable efficient maintenance and repair.
