This is a permanent, full-time, home-based position.

The Organisational Development Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our People & Culture Strategy, contributing to Golden Lane Housing’s (GLH) cultural change and transformation journey. The post holder will proactively support the development, implementation and evaluation of a wide range of organisational development solutions and interventions that deliver sustainable improvements in individual, team and organisational performance.
