Rod joined Golden Lane Housing in 2002 from a local authority where he was the principal housing manager. Rod leads the Golden Lane Housing’s housing and tenant experience services with a team of housing professionals who deliver services to all our customers and tenants across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Rod is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has worked in the private and social housing sectors for over 30 years. Rod is a champion of outstanding customer service and ensuring the voice of our tenants is a driving force to improve the services Golden Lane Housing provides.

Aside from time with his family, Rod loves nothing more than the outdoors and cycling, exploring the UK and beyond on 2 wheels.
