Neil is Golden Lane Housing’s chair of the Board of Non-Executive Directors. He joined us in June 2018 bringing extensive senior housing experience up to and including CEO level.

Most recent was his position as CEO at Genesis Housing Association, managing a multi-regional housing association owning or managing circa 33,000 homes with an annual turnover in excess of £250 million.

As a corporate member of Chartered Institute of Housing, Neil has the knowledge and expertise that GLH is greatly benefiting from. Neil is also chair of MORhomes, a new company established to help housing associations to access funds from the capital markets.
