Natalie lives with her family in the East Midlands and has a son with Autism.

Natalie has worked in social care and specialist education for 25 years and her career path has been driven by her values and strong belief in ensuring that everyone, no matter what their abilities is supported to achieve their ambition and full potential.

Natalie has held a number of leadership roles since 2003 both operational, and more strategic as a Development Director.  She is currently Managing Director at ivolve care and support. ivolve is a national provider for people with learning disabilities and/or mental health, providing high quality care and support.
