Melissa joined the organisation in 2008 as business development manager, having previously worked in the social housing sector for 13 years.

Melissa was appointed to her current role in 2009 and now leads the property and customer services functions within Golden Lane Housing, incorporating the day-to-day repairs service. She is responsible for the compliance and planned maintenance programme for all of the organisation’s properties and has been a member of the Executive team since 2008. Melissa is also The Executive Health and Safety Champion reporting key data to both the Executive Team and the Board of Non-Executive Directors.
