Darren lives in Northampton with his wife and three daughters. His passion for social housing resonates from the personal experience of his own childhood.

Darren is an IT and Housing professional with over 15yrs experience of working in the housing and social care sector, holding senior roles at Longhurst Group and Network Homes.  As a recognised leader in IT and transformation he has experience of leading large multi-disciplinary teams and building stakeholder relationships involving complex commercial or public policy issues. Darren has strength in several areas, including cyber security, IT Governance, change management, the customer journey and programme management.

Darren has a specific passion for ensuring that technology, process and data aligns to help customers.
