Golden Lane Housing is asking what tenants think about our services in our annual survey.

It is important for us to find out what tenants think about our services. This information contributes to the changes we make to continually improve the services we deliver to our tenants.

To help us get a clear indication of how we compare to other registered housing providers we have used some of the core questions commonly asked by other organisations. With the help of our tenants we have produced an easy-read version of the survey.

There are two ways to complete our easy-read annual survey:

– By post. You can download a copy of our annual tenant survey. This has been sent to our tenants with a freepost envelope.
– Complete our online tenant survey.

Please return or complete the online survey by Friday 7 December 2018.

We want as many tenants as possible to get involved and give us their feedback. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw chosen at random by the Golden Lane Housing team.
