The Tenant Involvement Plan has now launched on our website.

The 3 year plan sets out our approach to listening to tenants and using their feedback to shape services.

The plan has been developed with tenants and covers the purpose of the plan, how tenants want involvement to look, involvement activities and how success will be measured.
