We would like to offer reassurance to tenants, their families, support providers and wider customers in light of recent events seen in the media about concerns over the presence of RACC concrete in buildings built between the 1950s and 1980s.

Golden Lane Housing has a good understanding of our properties and we have a robust management approach to building safety issues.

We have therefore already carried out analysis on our stock data to ascertain the potential extent of RACC components within properties and are conducting further surveys to ensure that any risk however small is quickly and effectively mitigated.
