Golden Lane Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Survey has now gone live. This year, it is being sent to a random sample of 600 Golden Lane Housing tenants.

The survey will ask questions about how tenants feel about their homes and about their opinions on Golden Lane Housing’s services. It will also include the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures  questions set by the Government.

Tenants who have been sent the survey will be able to complete it by sending back the survey to Golden Lane Housing in the post or by completing it online. Golden Lane Housing staff will also be working to contact tenants to offer support to complete the survey.
