Today, we have launched our Tenant involvement strategy that has been developed and co-written with the help of our tenants.

Golden Lane Housing has always been passionate about our tenants helping to shape the services we provide. More recently, we’ve improved this further by changing how we operate to give people more opportunities and have a direct voice to the board of trustees.
